Is Apple Ipad 2 All Set To Launch In April 2011?

Digitimes reports Apple has already added 3 more suppliers to meet the demand for the first quarter sales. Above reports suggests that Apple is ready to hit the Ipad 2 launch by April. Apple will possibly target April 2011 for Ipad 2 launching. Their competitors Motorola Xoom, Samsung Galaxy Tab 4G and RIM’s BlackBerry PlayBook 4G have already displayed their tablets in CES 2011.


New Features



  • Apple will remove home button on next iPad and iPhone; Photo Booth and iLife coming? It seems like instead of home button, apple will try and include the touch gestures for various functions that will replace button use. Sounds iTech is ready to defend their tablet rivalries.


  • Also ipad 2 high screen resolution, that will boast up to 2048 x 1536 will set up a stage of perfect competition for Samsung’s Galaxy S smartphone line includes Super AMOLED (active-matrix organic LED) screens.



Who Will Raise The Curtains


Now the question arises who will commence the Ipad 2 launch. As per sources, the person who represents and hosts the company’s top product presentation, Apple CEO Steve Jobs has already announced on Jan 17th that he is taking a leave to focus on this health as priority. SO with is unavailability it looks like COO Tim Cook may raise the curtains.

China suppliers has already designed the Ipad 2 Silicone cases after the dimension  was revealed by Japanese-language Kanteidan Blog "found" exact dimensions: the iPad 2 will be 239 mm (9.41 inches) by 186 mm (7.32 inches), making it just a tad smaller than the current iPad, which is 9.56 inches by 7.47 inches.
